If an AI agent can perfectly master game theory and human bluffing psychology, does it ruin the integrity of competitive strategy games, or does it just force human playstyles to evolve?

it changes what skill means. Perfect un-exploitability and perfect exploitation pull in opposite directions, so even a flawless machine has to pick one and accept the trade-off.
