My background spans 22 years of hands-on software engineering and delivery leadership, including 7 years as Software Engineering Director at Loftware, where I led a 34-person global engineering team delivering regulated SaaS solutions to pharma and medical device clients including AstraZeneca, Bayer, GSK, and Johnson & Johnson.

That means I bring something most AI consultants don't: the ability to design and deliver complex technical change at scale, inside organisations with real governance, compliance, and operational constraints.
