Tomorrow Platforms is an independent AI consultancy based in Leeds. We help teams find worthwhile uses for AI, build useful agents and workflows, and put them to work in everyday operations.

Our work starts with the task and the people doing it. Discovery can include staff interviews, workflow review and a prioritised roadmap.

For teams with a defined brief, we can design and build a focused assistant or automation, test it with representative examples, and provide practical guidance and handover. Research, evaluation and organisational knowledge are part of that work.

Examples include workflow discovery across three service lines for a marketing agency, practical AI tools used within a school's approved framework, and collaborative AI product and intelligence work at Ortelias.

These experiences combine understanding an organisation with designing and evaluating useful systems.

Founder Dave Roberts brings nine years of senior organisational leadership alongside current AI systems work and ongoing doctoral research at Leeds University Business School into generative AI and knowledge work.

We work on bounded projects and fractional engagements, primarily remotely, with on-site sessions agreed where useful. We welcome conversations with organisations and delivery partners about a specific workflow, adoption challenge or research question.
