I helped create much of what we now know as Agility. I ran one of the world's largest agile communities. I now apply organisational change at the intersection of people and tech in AI enablement. I focus on AI and collaboration, redesigning job roles and workflows, AI governance, and AI-enabled organisational intelligence.

I help individuals, teams, and whole organisations make the most of the great new technology, way beyond better prompting and into pipeline redesign, especially around Product delivery.

I usually work at the strategic level, but am also comfortable being hands-on and making it work. I usually report to the C-Suite or senior leadership team depending on the size of the organisation.

I have a tech and development background, working for banks, financial services, stock markets, media, government, healthcare, and charities. I usually work with organisations of many thousands of people, but also sometimes with small start-ups for the occasional workshop or training.

I am looking for advisory, fractional, or contract work, or to run training courses on AI and the above.
