I’m a technology and client relationship leader with over 20 years of experience across IT consulting, enterprise technology delivery, strategic account management and digital transformation, with a strong focus on the Lloyd’s and London specialty insurance market.

Currently, I’m a Senior Account Manager at Verisk Specialty Business Solutions, working with leading insurance organisations and engaging with business and technology stakeholders on enterprise platforms, technology modernisation and transformation initiatives.

My growing focus is on AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption and intelligent automation, particularly helping organisations identify practical opportunities to translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. I’m interested in bridging the gap between business strategy, technology implementation and real-world adoption.

Alongside my professional responsibilities, I’m actively exploring and building AI-powered applications using large language models, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and workflow automation technologies. My personal initiative, “30 Insurance AI Apps in 30 Days”, focuses on developing practical AI use cases across underwriting, claims, risk assessment and insurance operations.

I bring a combination of commercial understanding, enterprise technology experience, industry domain knowledge and hands-on AI experimentation.
