Paulina Stopa

I’m Paulina Stopa, an AI Engineer · Infrastructure SRE & Automation based in Leeds, with a background in Linux, Unix and running technical services. My experience spans migrations, hosting, DNS, security, documentation and mentoring, alongside building and running my own technical businesses.

My AI work grows out of that operational background: connecting tools, reducing repetitive work and making complex systems easier to manage. I’m particularly interested in AI agents, workflow automation and knowledge retrieval, and how these can support everyday engineering work.

I’m building RelayHall: https://relayhall.com an open-source coordination platform for humans and AI agents. It brings tasks, projects, reports and shared context together, with explicit permissions and ways to review agent work. The project reflects my interest in making AI collaboration understandable and accountable, with people able to see what is happening and retain control.

I bring hands-on infrastructure experience to AI development, with attention to security, maintainability and clear documentation. I’m open to conversations about practical AI tooling, automation and human–AI collaboration, particularly where an idea needs to become something useful in a real technical environment.
