Enterprise AI Transformation | Operating Models & CoE Architecture | Governance & Portfolio Strategy
Lewes, East Sussex, United KingdomHybrid
I lead enterprise AI transformation at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, product innovation and measurable value creation. My work focuses on helping large organisations move from fragmented AI experimentation towards coordinated, enterprise-grade capability - identifying where AI can create genuine value, redesigning workflows and decisions around it, and building the organisational capabilities needed to move from prototype to scale.
My background combines systems, service and organisational design with technology strategy, portfolio governance and behavioural science. Alongside enterprise transformation programmes, I lead AI innovation and product development initiatives, using rapid prototyping and evidence-led experimentation to test opportunities before committing to scale. This includes designing AI operating models and Centres of Excellence, establishing portfolio value and risk frameworks, developing AI-enabled workflows and decision-support capabilities, and creating the governance and architectural guardrails that allow innovation to scale safely and commercially.
I’m particularly interested in the human and organisational consequences of AI: how model behaviour, interaction design, incentives, trust and organisational context influence decisions and ultimately business outcomes. I believe the next phase of enterprise AI transformation is as much an organisational and behavioural challenge as a technical one.
