Business Analyst applying AI to improve processes, decisions and business outcomes.
Leeds
I’m a Business Analyst working on a large-scale transformation project, supporting end-to-end processes across different teams, systems and tools. My focus is on understanding how work happens today, identifying inefficiencies and finding practical ways to improve it.
I’m particularly interested in using AI and automation to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve everyday processes. This includes exploring smarter Outlook inbox management, workflow automation and document understanding tools that can review, extract and verify information from documents more efficiently.
I’m also interested in how AI can move beyond individual use cases and support more connected, end-to-end processes. My longer-term focus is on agentic AI, where different tools and tasks can work together across a process, while keeping the right human-in-the-loop controls, decision points and oversight.
I’m keen to keep learning, experimenting and turning AI ideas into practical improvements that create real business value.
I’m most interested in the point where AI stops being an experiment and starts becoming part of how the work actually gets done.
