I design and build AI agents for teams that keep their data close.

Most of my work starts as an architecture question: which part of a process an agent can own, where the data lives, what stays inside the client's perimeter, and what the whole thing costs to run each month. Then I build it, hands-on with n8n, Python and RAG pipelines, and hand over a system the client's own team can operate.

Fourteen years in digital and growth work, focused on AI systems since 2020.

Recent work spans healthcare and hospitality (a unified guest identity layer across clinic and hotel systems, delivered as an architecture blueprint, 2026), real estate (an in-perimeter assistant over private listing data, designed 2026), food-tech franchise networks (AI-assisted sales and AI-search visibility, live since 2025), and high-volume customer operations (a context-engineered support agent, live since 2025).

I work solo and bring in specialists per project, under my studio Next AI Design (nextai.design). The usual shape is an audit first, then a short paid design phase, then a build in measurable stages.

Good fit for: agents and orchestration, RAG over private data, secure LLM deployment inside a client's own cloud, and AI roadmaps for teams deciding where to start.
