I pair OKRs with AI adoption so teams can see, in plain numbers, which work is worth doing (and which just feels busy).

Recently I was Agile Delivery Manager at an AI product scale-up, running a Scrum of Scrums across seven teams. We raised goal-tracking coverage to the point where leadership had the evidence to stop pilot customisations that didn't serve the product goals, and replacing PI Planning with quarterly objectives handed a big share of planning time back to delivery.

At The Job Hackers, where I sit on the Board, I substantially revised my AI Policy around Stefan Wolpers' A3 Framework (Assist, Automate, Avoid), with measurable objectives so the return on adoption can actually be seen. I also run our operating model and OKR work through Claude Cowork, grounded in connected sources rather than attachments, which uses a fraction of the tokens.

Before that I coached Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers at Reuters, Heathrow and UCL, and I'm currently studying Agentic AI and MCP tool integrations.
