I’m the founder of Axis Procurement Services, providing independent, product-agnostic advisory services to help executive sponsors make better procurement transformation decisions.

With 30 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience, I specialise in Source-to-Pay transformation, procurement technology strategy, operating model optimisation and supplier management. I’ve led global procurement functions, supported enterprise technology implementations and worked with organisations to translate business strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.

I’m particularly interested in how AI, automation and digital technologies can transform procurement, improve decision-making and deliver tangible business value. My focus is on helping organisations understand what they need to achieve before deciding which technology to buy, ensuring that people, processes, data and governance are aligned for successful transformation.
