Hayley Ann Patterson

I work at the intersection of AI, partnerships and practical business transformation. At DevRev, I lead partner and channel go-to-market across the UK &I, building strategic alliances and co-sell programmes that help organizations put AI to work. My focus is not AI for its own sake: it is helping teams connect customer context, workflows and people so they can solve real problems and work more effectively.

I work with technology partners, consultants, sales teams and customer-facing leaders to identify where AI can make a meaningful difference. That means shaping plans, helping partners tell a clear story, bringing the right people together and turning conversations into practical next steps. I enjoy working across commercial and technical teams, translating complex capabilities into outcomes that make sense to the people who will use them.

My background spans enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, strategic sales and account management, including roles at Nutanix, Sage, Diligent and Impossible Cloud. Across those roles, I have built relationships with executives, technical specialists and partners, always starting with the challenge a customer is trying to solve. I am known for bringing energy, curiosity and follow-through to partnerships, and for connecting ideas with the people who can make them happen.

Beyond my day job, I am a founding cohort member of the Global Women’s AI Lab, contributing to conversations about human-centred intelligent systems and the future experiences of women. I am also an advocate for women in technology and a volunteer and mentor with the Make A Difference Leadership Foundation, which supports emerging leaders in South Africa.

I joined AISAT to learn from practitioners doing the work, share what I see in partner-led AI adoption, and connect with people who care about useful, responsible outcomes rather than hype.
