My work centres on preparing staff not just to use AI tools, but to thrive in roles that are being redefined by automation, augmentation, and new digital workflows.

With 20 years’ experience as a MCT - Microsoft Certified Trainer - and deep insight gained from delivering large‑scale capability programmes during my time at Microsoft. Having being a MVP for 15 years - I specialise in guiding organisations through the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This includes workforce readiness, curriculum design, change enablement, and the creation of AI‑supported practices that genuinely improve productivity rather than simply add more technology.

I work across corporate and higher‑education sectors, helping leaders understand the skills their people will need, and helping staff build confidence in using AI responsibly, ethically, and effectively. My focus is on durable capability: skills that last, frameworks that scale, and approaches that align with real‑world business outcomes.
