Adam Andrew

I design and build agentic AI systems for a living. Worked in data and AI si ce 2012, now at principal level doing a mix of hands-on delivery, consulting, and mentoring. My day-to-day is production Python, LangGraph, FastAPI, multi-agent architectures using custom MCP servers, mostly on Azure infra but also comfortable in AWS and private cloud.

Learned my trade through consulting, which means I've spent a lot of time translating between what the model can do and what the business actually needs, not always the same. I enjoy that translation work. I'm not interested in AI as a theoretical exercise, I care about building things that work and stay working.

I've worked across plenty of sectors and can't claim to be a specialist in any in particular but I particularly enjoy working with retail, manufacturing, private sector clients.

Outside of work I'm a dad to a little boy, avid reader, Aston Villa fan based in Leeds (fun!) and always happy to talk about science and tech
